Shipping policy

Every Oddlie order is packed and dispatched by us directly. We handle shipping in-house and choose the courier partner for each order, so your piece reaches you safely and at the best possible cost. 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Once your order and payment are confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During new drops, sales, or festive periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you posted. 2. How We Ship Shipping is managed entirely by Oddlie at our own discretion. We select the carrier and service for each shipment based on your location and the fastest reliable route available to us. Because of this, the delivery partner may vary from order to order. 3. Delivery Timelines After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Metro and tier-1 cities are usually quicker; remote and non-serviceable pin codes may take longer. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. 4. Shipping Charges Any applicable shipping charge is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order — there are no hidden fees added afterwards. 5. Order Tracking Where a tracking number is available, we share it with you over WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel. If you haven’t received an update within a reasonable time after dispatch, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help right away. 6. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipping, which may involve an additional shipping charge. 7. Delays Beyond Our ControlOnce a parcel leaves our hands, transit is managed by the courier. We can’t be held liable for delays caused by weather, regional disruptions, courier backlogs, or other circumstances outside our control — but we’ll always follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
