We want you to love what you wear. Because each piece is made and shipped with care, Oddlie does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — we only step in when something has genuinely gone wrong on our end. WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT IF: You received the wrong product or wrong size compared to what you ordered. Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect — stitching faults, print errors, or holes. Your parcel was damaged in transit and the product is unusable. WE CAN’T ACCEPT: Change of mind, or you simply didn’t like the fit or colour. Wrong size chosen by you at checkout. Minor colour variation from your screen, or normal fabric feel. Items that are used, washed, or have tags removed. 1. Eligibility Conditions For any claim to qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Claims are assessed at our discretion and must meet one of the “we’ll make it right” conditions above. 2. Report It Within 48 Hours Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window cannot be accepted, as we’re unable to verify the condition of the item at the point of delivery. 3. How to Raise a Claim 1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87968 11171 within 48 hours of receiving your order.2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue. An unboxing video is the fastest way to get your claim approved. 3. Our team will review and respond, usually within 2–3 business days. 4. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and share the next steps with you. 4. Resolution: Replacement or Refund For approved claims, we’ll first offer a replacement of the same item wherever stock allows. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. 5. Return Shipping If we ask you to send an item back, we’ll guide you through it. When the fault is genuinely ours — a wrong or defective item — we cover the return shipping cost. Please do not ship anything back before your claim is approved by our team.
